Oval is a small area within the larger district of Kennington boasting a south-but-central location. It’s a multi-cultural and vibrant hub with numerous bars, pubs and restaurants. The area is probably best known for being home to one of the world’s most famous cricket grounds aptly named ‘The Oval’. However, there are several other notable attractions in this part of the capital that are well worth a visit. Why not book a tour of the Houses of Parliament, which is just across the Thames, or wander around the host of many royal weddings, Westminster Abbey.
