Looking for hotels near Royal Festival Hall?

On the south banks of the River Thames is London’s leading classical music venue, the Royal Festival Hall. The first and largest building in the world-class Southbank Centre arts complex, the enormous hall has been hosting concerts and performances since 1951. With a seating capacity of 2,900 it is also home to the world-renowned London Philharmonic Orchestra, the Philharmonia Orchestra and the Orchestra of the Age of Enlightenment. As well as the auditorium, the Royal Festival Hall complex also contains the Southbank Centre Shop, Riverside Terrace Café, Central Bar and Skylon Restaurant, so there are plenty of places to eat, drink and shop before or after seeing a show. And it is far from the only arts space on the Southbank. The National Theatre, the Haywood Gallery and the British Film Institute are all nearby. Whilst here you will also have easy access to some of the city’s top attractions such as the London Eye, Globe Theatre and Tate Modern. It’s also pretty easy to get to with Waterloo Station just a few minutes away.
