and cancellations regardless of the circumstances in which the modification
is made. Discounted Hotels London shall not accept any liability
for losses, additional expenses or any claim whatsoever due to changes
in accommodation, sickness, weather, strikes or any other cause.
All such losses, additional expenses or claims will be borne by
the person who has booked the accommodation, or the relevant insurance
provider if insured.

Amendments
Each individual hotel has it's own booking, amendment policy. Any
amendments to confirmed bookings will have to be made in writing
and will be subject to a handling fee and must be received by Discounted
Hotels London at least 96 hours before arrival date during office
hours, unless otherwise specified.
Our Office Hours are Monday to Friday 09.00 am to 5.30 pm. Messages
received outside of these hours are not valid until the next working
day.
