BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS
The following conditions apply to accommodation bookings made by you through your usage of this site. Conditions may be altered at any time.
General
All the website users are advised to carefully read and understand the terms and conditions before finalising the booking. Once you have made any hotel bookings, you accept and agree with all terms and conditions set out below. The terms and conditions are all standard to the industry.
Reservations
Please follow the instructions on the website in order to complete your booking. You will receive an immediate online confirmation of your booking and via email upon submitting this reservation.You will have to print your accommodation voucher and present it to the hotel upon arrival. We will not accept responsibility for your failing to present our voucher to the hotel on arrival. Where we are unable to confirm the initial requested accommodation, an alternative will be proposed (with any difference in price indicated). Details of this new proposal will be sent to you via email. Should you decide not to take up the new hotel proposed, the booking will be cancelled, with no cancellation/administration charges applied. We are not responsible for circumstances which are beyond our control such as hotels overbookings or bookouts. We will try to allocate, but cannot guarantee, the type of room requested, as this will be allocated always at the time of the check in. However the room allocated will be suitable for the number of people accommodated.
The room types used are as follows:
Twin room: contains two single beds in the same room. Suitable for 2 people.
Double room: contains one double bed. Suitable for 2 people.
Single room: contains one single bed. Suitable for 1 person.
Triple room: contains twin or double bed/s + extra bed, or two double beds. Most hotels do not have one full size bed for each guest in their triple rooms.
Quad room: contains two double beds, four single beds or one double bed and 2 single beds in a room suitable for accommodating four adults.
Accommodating Children: each hotel has its own child policy so we are unable to confirm extra beds for children online. However, once we receive your booking we will forward your request to the hotel and reconfirm via email to you. Please be assured that should your chosen hotel request a child supplement you can cancel your booking without charge.
For 1 Child with 1 Adult: please select Double or Twin on Home page Search form (hotels do not give a discount in this instance).
For 1 Child with 2 Adults: select Double or Twin room type. Select your hotel from listed search results and book a Twin or Double room. At point of booking please complete the 'Special requirements' box, at the bottom of the Booking Summary, with your request to add an extra bed for one child (please also state age).

For 1 Infant with 1 Adult: Select your hotel from listed search results and book a Single room. At point of booking please complete the 'Special requirements' box, with your request to add a cot/cradle or crib for one infant (suitable for infant up to 2 years of age).
For 1 Infant with 2 Adults: Select your hotel from listed search results and book a Twin or Double room. At point of booking please complete the 'Special requirements' box, with your request to add a cot/cradle or crib for one infant (suitable for infant up to 2 years of age).
When making a booking, it shall be your responsibility to specify in the 'Special requirements' field any physical or mental condition to which you or a member of your party is subject to and which may require special facilities (eg. wheelchair access needed, feather allergy etc). We will notify the hotel of your requirement and will reconfirm it to you via e-mail.
Payments
You are required to enter a valid credit card number, which will be charged by our partner company in British Pounds for the full amount of the reservation. Should the credit card be declined we reserves the right to cancel the reservation. Credit cards will be charged in full at the time of booking.
Prices
Prices are per room per night and include VAT and meal plan as stated.
Amendments
All amendments will be subject to a GBP 10 handling fee. Amendments must be received at least 3 working days before arrival date. All amendments must be made in writing and reconfirmed via e-mail by us. However if you wish to book extra nights, please go back online in order to waive the handling fee of GBP 10, but please remember to specify your reference number in the remarks field from the previous booking.
Office Hours: Monday to Friday 09.00 am to 5.30 pm. Messages received outside of these hours are not valid until the next working day.
We do not accept responsibility for modifications regardless of the circumstances in which the modification is made. We shall not accept any liability for losses, additional expenses or any claim whatsoever due to changes in accommodation, sickness, weather, strikes or any other cause. All such losses, additional expenses or claims will be borne by the person who has booked the accommodation, or the relevant insurance provider if insured.
Cancellations
You are entitled to a refund if you cancel within the following time scales:
- Up to 3 working days prior to date of arrival, all cancellations will be subject to a GBP 10 handling fee.
- Less than 3 working days prior to date of arrival, any cancellation will be charged a cancellation charge equal to 1 night's room charge.
All cancellations must be made in writing and reconfirmed by ourselves via e-mail.

Complaints
Any complaint about the booking service must be notified to us in writing as soon as possible via e-mail. Any complaint regarding the travel arrangements must be brought to the attention of the local suppliers management as early as possible during your stay and, if not resolved to your satisfaction, should be notified to us in writing during your stay, and not later than 10 working days from departure.
Security
We make all reasonable efforts to ensure that all credit card transactions are secure. However, if unauthorized charges appear on your credit card statement for the card used on our web site, we shall not be liable.
Hotels descriptions, star rating
We do not endorse or recommend any particular accommodation or travel product. Reasonable care has been taken that the content of this website is correct but it is subject to amendment at any time without notice. All content on this website (including information about travel products, tours and accommodation facilities) is published in good faith but you acknowledge that we cannot check the accuracy of all information provided by its suppliers. Star ratings are used to symbolize the overall quality, level of service, food standard and range of facilities available in any given hotel property. The descriptions give a general understanding of what can typically be expected in each hotel. All the descriptions supplied are for informational purposes only and are not a guarantee or warranty of any kind by us.
